David McBeath and Tressa Armitage are both in action for England in Poland

David has started very strongly cruising through his opening group without dropping an end. 3-0 wins against Lukas MAZURA (Czech Republic), Kiryl BARABANOV (Belarus) and Mirac KAHRAMAN (Turkey) saw David ease through as group winner.

Tressa Armitage achieved her first ever ITTF Ranking points with a win over Marta KRAJEWSKA (Poland) but found the Slovakian girl Martina ADAMEKOVA and Japanese Rika SUZUKI just a little too strong on the day.
